We're so sorry! Please email us at support@duneanddrift.com within 2 days of delivery and include a photo or video of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away—no need to return it.

🔄 Can I return something if it doesn't suit my space?

Yes! You have 30 days to return unused items in their original condition. Just email us at support@duneanddrift.com to start the process. Please note that return shipping is at your own cost.

❌ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes—but only if it hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us before 11:59 PM AEST on the day of your order. After that, it may already be packed or shipped.

📦 What if my package gets lost?

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of shipping, we'll issue a full refund—no worries. Some orders may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery.
