Return & Refund Policy – Dune and Drift

At Dune and Drift, we’re committed to providing premium products and exceptional service. Your satisfaction means the world to us, which is why we offer a 30-day return window and customer support to help with any issues that may arise.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

As an Australian consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights cannot be excluded by this policy.

Order Cancellations

We understand that things change! You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.

  • If cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, return the product in its original, unused condition with your order details included.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
  • We do not accept returns on items that are used, worn, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Unauthorised returns or those sent outside the return period may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (which may take up to 10 business days), you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and clear photos.
  • A product is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging alone does not qualify.
  • If deemed faulty or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, you’ll receive a replacement at no cost or we will arrange a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the delivery provider.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order.

Currency & International Orders

All transactions and refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. If your payment was made in another currency, conversion fees may apply.

Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product or on our website. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, and contact us. We will do our best to assist.

Dune and Drift is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products. Refunds or replacements related to improper use are at our discretion.
